Branding & Modeling Ideas: How I build acronyms that don't feel forced

Hey there chefs! Melanie here this week, with a behind-the-scenes look at how I compile models in the form of acronyms to represent the big ideas of my clients.

It’s something I do a surprising amount; clients come to me asking for a concise model (though they often ask for a “one-pager” or “cheat sheet”) to help their teams stay on message, on brand, or on the same page.

In this video, I walk through how I put together the acronym I delivered for one of my clients earlier this year, and tie it back to the IRON model I shared in the Masterclass. I whipped out the actual notes and post-its I used for this process, so please pardon any scribbles; sometimes, making models is a little messy.
