"What Do You Think This Is?" Why the Creator Economy Creates a Culture of Stuckness

If the “creator economy” was a thing when I started, I would have quit. Not because I dislike the creator economy (it has a lot of good but also a lot of bad in it), but because the culture created by that whole thing sends creators down the wrong path, too soon. This makes us feel stuck way too often, because we lose sight of what this work actually is.
