This is arguably the top question I receive, so I wanted to share a rough/raw look at my messy process for customizing talks between gigs.

It’s NOT purely about customizing the talk to your audience each time. It’s also about treating the talk like a product, like an act. You add or subtract or change things based on what worked in the past — and based on what works and what was pressure-tested publicly in between gigs.
