Leaders lead people away from something and towards something better.
Visionaries have a vision for what might be better — a perspective.
This means, necessarily, that your premise (and you) are all about one thing: asking others to make some kind of CHANGE.
I’ve spent years trying to push people in a better direction, and when I’m not stuck in my own head and can think and see clearly, I recognize that when my ideas fall flat, when others don’t get on board with them, it’s usually because I was asking the impossible of them.
