introduce a theme and arm you with tools to master a skill

On the first Wednesday of each menu, a live 60m presentation will introduce the menu’s theme, help us to rethink something powerful, and deliver useful tools, frameworks and other resources to helps us further develop the key focus are.

How Masterclasses Work:

• These masterclasses will primarily be taught by Jay and Melanie, though guest chef’s may be tapped to introduce a menu’s theme on occasion.

  • There may also be an additional masterclass taught by (or Q&A with) special guest chefs — experts from outside the Kitchen.

• Attending live gives you the chance to ask questions and engage, but all Live Masterclasses will be recorded, with recordings added to the Pantry after the event.
